The baby acne is also called milia. Baby acne is very common. These acne are appear mainly on the cheeks, forehead, chin, and back. In the new born babies the infantile acne is takes place. This will starts by about 3 weeks of age. The baby acne is more common in boys. These are disappear within a few weeks. The various form of baby acne is Neonatal acne, infantile acne and Neonata milia. This is mild form of acne. The hormones babies receive from their mother at the end of pregnancy. It is almost certainly causeded by maternal hormones. It affects almost 20% of all newborn babies. Baby acne develops within the first three to four weeks after birth.

The baby acne is looks at first like a rash. The baby acne is associated by contact with dirty clothes. The baby acne is appear due to the fetal hormones, excessive testosterone and follicle stimulating hormones. The symptoms of the baby acne are cysts, scarring of the skin and blackheads. There are small bumps which are red and irritated appearance. There are many types of treatment available to treat the acne. Don't use over-the-counter acne medicines for the baby. Gently cleanse his face once a day with water. Never scrub baby acne this will so cause more irritation and an infection. Sometimes consult your baby's doctor for the baby acne.
